Continuing education in all aspects of our principles products, and sales training, and our active participation in trade shows and associations in the industry keep us informed on current issues that effect our principles and allows us to be their "eyes and ears" in the industry.

With a four-fold company philosophy based on expanding our base of lines represented with industry leading manufacturers, seeking out training to stay up to date on industry trends and technical training on the products we represent, representing our manufacturers at the highest professional level possible and providing service to our customers as a "one stop" source for technical and product information.

Joe Stephens, President of Progress Marketing Group, has a very diverse and extensive sales background of twenty six years, with sixteen of those years spent in the telecommunications industry. Joe and Diana Stephens have two children; a daughter Melissa and a son Nathan.  Nathan also helps with the Watson Furniture installations for PMG.  

Mark Sexton, Vice President of Progress Marketing Group, has 20+ years in the telecommunications industry. Mark has been with PMG since 2001. Mark and Judy Sexton have a daughter Megan.
